DevReels ऐप इस्तेमाल करने का मतलब है कि आप नीचे लिखी बातों से सहमत हैं। ऐप devpunya चलाता है।
1. ऐप क्या करता है
DevReels रोज़ नए स्टेटस, शुभकामना और भक्ति पोस्ट देता है। आप उन पर अपना नाम, तस्वीर और दुकान की जानकारी लगाकर व्हाट्सऐप या कहीं और साझा कर सकते हैं।
2. खाता
- खाते के लिए मोबाइल नंबर चाहिए। नंबर सही और आपका अपना होना चाहिए।
- खाता आपकी ज़िम्मेदारी है। उससे जो भी होता है, उसके ज़िम्मेदार आप हैं।
- यह ऐप 13 साल से कम उम्र वालों के लिए नहीं है।
3. प्रीमियम और पैसा
योजनाएँ
प्रीमियम की अलग-अलग योजनाएँ हैं — दिन, हफ़्ता, महीना, तीन महीने, छह महीने और साल। हर योजना का दाम और उसमें क्या मिलता है, यह ऐप में साफ़ लिखा रहता है। दाम भारतीय रुपये में हैं और उसमें सारे कर शामिल हैं।
अपने आप कटने वाला भुगतान (यूपीआई ऑटो-पे)
हफ़्ते और महीने वाली योजनाएँ अपने आप आगे बढ़ती हैं:
- पहली बार ₹1 कटता है — यह सिर्फ़ अनुमति बनाने के लिए है
- उसके बाद हर बार पूरा दाम अपने आप कटेगा
- आप जब चाहें ऐप से बंद कर सकते हैं — प्रोफ़ाइल में प्रीमियम वाले हिस्से से
- बंद करने पर जितने दिन का पैसा दे चुके हैं, उतने दिन प्रीमियम चलता रहेगा
भुगतान
पैसा रेज़रपे के ज़रिए लिया जाता है। आपके कार्ड या यूपीआई की जानकारी सीधे उनके पास जाती है — हमारे सर्वर पर कभी नहीं आती।
4. यह डिजिटल सेवा है
DevReels एक डिजिटल सेवा है। प्रीमियम का पैसा देते ही सुविधा ऐप के अंदर उसी वक़्त चालू हो जाती है — कोई सामान डाक या कूरियर से नहीं भेजा जाता। इसलिए सामान भेजने, पहुँचाने और लौटाने वाली शर्तें इस सेवा पर लागू नहीं होतीं। पैसा वापसी की पूरी बात पैसा वापसी और बंद करने की नीति में है — छोटी बात यह है कि प्रीमियम चालू होने के बाद पैसा वापस नहीं होता।
5. आप क्या नहीं कर सकते
- ऐसी पोस्ट बनाना जो किसी धर्म, जाति या समुदाय के खिलाफ़ हो
- किसी और का नाम, तस्वीर या दुकान अपनी बताकर लगाना
- ऐप की पोस्ट को अपनी बताकर बेचना या किसी और ऐप में डालना
- ऐप को तोड़ने या बिना पैसे दिए प्रीमियम चलाने की कोशिश करना
- ऐसा कुछ भी जो भारत के कानून के खिलाफ़ हो
इनमें से कुछ भी करते पाए गए तो हम बिना बताए खाता बंद कर सकते हैं, और उस हालत में पैसा वापस नहीं होगा।
6. पोस्ट और नमूने किसके हैं
ऐप के नमूने, साँचे और तस्वीरें devpunya की हैं। आप उन्हें अपनी निजी या अपनी दुकान की पोस्ट बनाने के लिए इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं। उन्हें दोबारा बेचना या किसी और ऐप में डालना मना है।
आप जो तस्वीर और नाम डालते हैं वह आपका ही रहता है। हम उसे सिर्फ़ आपकी पोस्ट बनाने के लिए इस्तेमाल करते हैं।
7. पहचान का निशान
बिना प्रीमियम वाली पोस्ट पर DevReels का छोटा निशान आता है। प्रीमियम लेने पर वह हट जाता है।
8. ऐप बंद या बदल सकता है
हम ऐप में बदलाव कर सकते हैं, कोई सुविधा हटा सकते हैं, या दाम बदल सकते हैं। दाम बदलने पर जो लोग पहले से प्रीमियम चला रहे हैं, उनका दाम उनकी मौजूदा योजना खत्म होने तक वही रहेगा।
9. ज़िम्मेदारी की सीमा
हम ऐप को अच्छे से अच्छा चलाने की कोशिश करते हैं, पर यह वादा नहीं कर सकते कि वह कभी बंद नहीं होगी या उसमें कभी कोई गड़बड़ नहीं आएगी।
किसी भी हालत में हमारी ज़िम्मेदारी पिछले 3 महीने में आपने जितना पैसा दिया है, उससे ज़्यादा नहीं होगी।
10. कानून
इन शर्तों पर भारत का कानून लागू होता है। कोई झगड़ा हुआ तो जयपुर, राजस्थान की अदालतों में सुना जाएगा।

Using the DevReels app means you agree to what is written below. The app is run by devpunya.
1. What the app does
DevReels gives you fresh status, greeting and devotional posts every day. You can put your name, photo and business details on them and share them on WhatsApp or anywhere else.
2. Your account
- An account needs a mobile number. The number must be correct and your own.
- The account is your responsibility. Whatever happens through it is on you.
- This app is not for anyone under 13 years of age.
3. Premium and payment
Plans
Premium comes in several plans — a day, a week, a month, three months, six months and a year. Each plan's price and what it includes is stated plainly inside the app. Prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes.
Auto-pay (UPI Autopay)
The weekly and monthly plans renew on their own:
- ₹1 is charged the first time — only to set up the mandate
- after that the full price is charged automatically each cycle
- you can turn it off from the app whenever you like — from the Premium section of your profile
- when you turn it off, Premium keeps running for the days you have already paid for
Payments
Payments are taken through Razorpay. Your card or UPI details go straight to them — they never reach our servers.
4. This is a digital service
DevReels is a digital service. The moment Premium is paid for, the features switch on inside the app immediately — nothing is sent by post or courier. Shipping, delivery and returns therefore do not apply to this service. Refunds are covered in full in the Refund & Cancellation Policy — in short, once Premium is active the payment is not refunded.
5. What you may not do
- create posts that attack any religion, caste or community
- pass off someone else's name, photo or business as your own
- sell the app's posts as yours or put them into another app
- break into the app or try to use Premium without paying
- anything else that is against Indian law
If we find any of this happening, we may close the account without notice, and no money is refunded in that case.
6. Who owns the posts and designs
The designs, templates and images in the app belong to devpunya. You may use them to make posts for yourself or your business. Reselling them or putting them into another app is not allowed.
The photo and name you add remain yours. We use them only to build your post.
7. Watermark
Posts made without Premium carry a small DevReels watermark. Premium removes it.
8. The app may change or close
We may change the app, remove a feature, or change prices. If prices change, anyone already on Premium keeps their price until their current plan ends.
9. Limit of liability
We work to keep the app running well, but we cannot promise it will never go down or never have a fault.
In any case our liability will not exceed what you have paid us in the last three months.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of India. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
